Welcome to Champion Displays. By accessing or using our website (www.championdisplays.net) and purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Orders & Customization
· All plaques are custom-made to order.
· Once engraving has begun, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
· You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide (league name, team name, season details, etc.) is accurate. We are not liable for errors caused by incorrect information submitted at checkout.
2. Shipping & Delivery
· Production time is typically 7–14 business days. Shipping takes an additional 3–5 business days.
· Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.
· Tracking information will be provided by email once your order ships.
3. Returns & Replacements
· Because each product is custom-engraved, we do not accept returns once engraving has begun.
· If your product arrives damaged, defective, or contains an engraving error caused by us, we will repair or replace it at no cost.
· To request a replacement, contact us at support@championdisplays.net within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos of the damage or defect.
4. Pricing & Payments
· All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
· We reserve the right to update prices, promotions, and shipping fees at any time.
· Payment must be received in full before production begins.
5. Intellectual Property
· All content on this website, including logos, designs, text, product photos, and graphics, is the property of Champion Displays and protected by intellectual property laws.
· You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
· Products are sold “as is” and “as available.”
· We make no warranties or representations regarding the performance or longevity of plaques beyond what is described in our product information.
7. Limitation of Liability
· To the fullest extent permitted by law, Champion Displays shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
· Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
8. Governing Law
· These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
